Kindly allow 3 working days for your order to be dispatched (subject to stock availability). Personalised items will take an additional 2 days to dispatch at peak times. We’ll endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. If we’re unable to fulfil your order in full then we will contact you promptly via email or telephone.
Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail using their standard second class postal service. Kindly allow 21 days for delivery to Europe and the rest of the world.
If you’d rather pick up your order at your earliest convenience then you can do so free of charge, by selecting the click and collect option at our online checkout. We’ll inform you when your items are ready to collect from our friendly Steward who lives in the little hut on the Hound Road Gate off Hound Road. Kindly note collections can be made from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm on non-matchdays.
PHYSICAL STORE OPENING TIMES
Our physical shop is open on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30am to 4:00pm. You’re welcome to park your automobile within our Trent Bridge Inn Courtyard (off Bridgford Road) and then wander down to our store which is located on the Radcliffe Road concourse, just past the Radcliffe Road Centre entrance. Kindly note that on matchdays there will be no access to the Shop unless you have a valid match ticket.

RETURNING ANY OF OUR PARAPHERNALIA
You may return any unwanted store purchases to us with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items may include faulty, incorrect, or damaged products within 28 days of purchase (certain exclusions may apply). Unwanted items can only be returned in a pristine and unused saleable condition, along with the original labels and any undamaged packaging.
PARAPHERNALIA WHICH MAY BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
With the exception of faulty or inaccurately described products, and taking into account your statutory rights, kindly be aware that personal protection undergarments, personalised and bespoke orders are unable to be returned/refunded.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ONLINE ORDER
Wrap your items up tightly and securely and complete the enclosed online shop returns form and place within the package.
When completing the form be sure to write down your full name, email address and delivery address, as well as your contact telephone number. In the other boxes insert the date, details of the products being returned to us and the reason (outlining any faults or issues). Ensure you include the original dispatch note with your return.

RETURNING PARAPHERNALIA PURCHASED IN PERSON
Any items purchased from our physical retail units may be returned to our main store located on the Radcliffe Road concourse (during our advertised opening hours) or during a matchday which you possess a valid ticket for. For further information on our opening hours kindly call 0115 9823000.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES PROCESSING TIMES
We will process your exchange or refunds as soon as possible, but kindly allow up to 10 days from the day we confirm your entitlement to a refund/exchange. Any refunds will be made using your original payment method. Kindly be aware that you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange where products are returned to us in a condition we deem as being used or unacceptable.
