Returning any of our items.
You may return any unwanted in-store or shop.trentrockets.com purchases, to us with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. Returned items may include faulty, incorrect, or damaged products within 28 days of purchase (kindly note certain exclusions may apply). Unwanted items can only be returned in a pristine and unused saleable condition, along with the original labels intact and any undamaged packaging. The returns postage charge will need to be paid by yourself.

Except for faulty or inaccurately described products, and considering your statutory rights, kindly be aware that personalised and bespoke orders are unable to be returned or refunded.
How to return your online order.
Wrap your items up securely and complete the enclosed online returns form. When completing the form be sure to print your full name, email, and delivery address, as well as your contact telephone number. In the required boxes on the form insert the date, details of the items and the reason for your return (outlining any faults or issues). Kindly ensure you include the original dispatch note with the details above clearly provided.

For your reassurance, we recommend you use a tracked delivery service, as we take no responsibility for damaged or missing returns.
Returning items purchased in-store.
Any items bought from any of our on-site retail stores can be returned to our main shop found on the Radcliffe Road concourse (during our advertised opening hours) or during a matchday if you hold a valid ticket.
Returns/exchanges processing times.
We will process your exchange or refund as soon as possible but please allow up to 10 days from the day we confirm your entitlement to a refund/exchange. Any refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Kindly be aware you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange when products are returned in a condition, we consider as used or unacceptable.
